Introduction
Lending HQ Limited (we, us, our) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the Act) when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person). This policy sets out how we will collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

We may change this policy by uploading a revised policy onto our website. The change will apply from the date that we upload the revised policy.
What is Personal Information?
Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. It includes (but is not limited to) your name, address, contact details, date of birth, occupation, payment details, employment and education history, qualifications, financial details, testimonials and feedback, and (where necessary) evidence of source of funds or wealth.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We will use your personal information to:

We will not disclose your personal information without your written or oral consent, unless required by law.
Protecting Your Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, unauthorised access, or misuse. Our software is subject to security audits. All data handled is encrypted during transfer and storage and accessed only via secure network connections.
Storing Your Personal Information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it may be lawfully used. Online data is backed up regularly and can be restored in case of loss or corruption.
Data may also be held on-premise at 326C Swanson Road, Henderson, Auckland 0610, if provided to us outside of our software systems.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request corrections. We may require identification before allowing access or making changes.
If a correction is reasonable and feasible, we will make it. If not, we will note your request on the file.

Data Breaches
Our Privacy Officer has procedures in place for managing data breaches. In the event of a breach, we will identify, report, and assess the impact promptly.
Internet Use
We take reasonable steps to ensure our internet connections are secure. However, providing information online is at your own risk.
If you follow links to other websites, their privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing their policies before sharing personal information.
We use cookies to track site usage. You can disable cookies via your browser, but this may affect functionality. We may use third-party services to monitor and protect our systems from unauthorized access or attacks.
